Great place to train. No worrying about what exercise to do that day, or what muscle group to work on and better yet, no waiting for people to get off the equipment you need. You book in on the app, you turn up, get it done, and go home. Exercises are challenging but achievable and with consistency and having an awesome sets of music, environment and team of trainers to help motivate you, it is a sure fire way to keep coming back, seeing results and making new friends. They really are different and better.
Plenty of parking, clean and spacious facilities...and I love this gym, otherwise I wouldn't be coming back! Great coaches and exercise focus/programmes are different each day and science based. This will help me with continuing to develop better eating (eg delicious meals and food prep) and exercise habits over time. Interesting mini-challenges also added. I love body fit training the instructors are awesome and encouraging and it doesn't matter what fitness level your at you can still adjust to what suits aswell as push yourself to your limit
